receptionist at check in wasn't friendly. she ignored my request to book the airport shuttle and denied recieving my email about it. the staff didn't investigate when i told them the phone line was dead.

the grounds were well kept and quiet. the hotel provided a shuttle service to a nearby restaurant and the airport. the staff was very helpful with directions and information about local transport options. i loved the availability of inside and outside seating areas for breakfast.

the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport early in the morning. i found it quite helpful that i could easily walk to the bus stop to catch a bus into venice in the afternoon. the pool was well-kept, though i didn't have time to use it myself.
the air conditioning unit was a bit underpowered for the size of the room.

The hotel is close to the bus stop and the airport. Travel was quite easy! the walk to the airport took about 20 minutes. this made it straightforward to catch my early morning flight.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection and the coffee was excellent, a proper start to the day. a complimentary hot beverage with pastries and fruit was available upon arrival. the option of a free shuttle to a nearby restaurant was convenient.

The outdoor seating area was a lovely surprise. I enjoyed relaxing there! there is a book swap facility, a nice touch. the tv included an english-speaking channel. This kept me entertained during my downtime.
